Hi, I’m Nicole — a 38-year-old woman with a passion for movement, connection, and a little bit of mischief. I’m a yoga instructor and personal trainer by day, and when I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me gliding along the oceanfront  wind in my hair, soaking up every drop of sunshine.

I’m playful, grounded, and undeniably a hopeless romantic at heart. Life, to me, is all about passion — and I bring that same deep, delicious energy into everything I do.
